How I did it: I made the commitment. Bought the equipment. Got rid of the junk food (aka ate it lol). Bought healthy groceries. Set a date to begin. From there, it was sticking to the schedule and never stopping!
Lessons & tips: You will be sore for the first week. Keep pushing through the exercises! By week 2, your body will be used to the exercises and soreness will not be a problem. Don't be discouraged because you can't do the program like they can. I finished and I STILL can't do some of the things perfectly. Just DO YOUR BEST and WHAT...
FORGET THE REST. DUH.
